Rachel Lindemuth

Glenn Mitchell

Director of Development

Executive Director

Rachel is experienced in the operational structure of non-profits. She holds a Master’s of Divinity from Biblical Theological Seminary and is currently studying for a Doctorate of Theology at LaSalle University in Christian Spirituality with a focus on contemplation and mysticism. She is drawn to the beautiful mystery of God and realizes the need for humility within our theology. She is passionate about expressing the inclusive, life-giving gospel message that she has come to know in creative ways. Ultimately, Rachel desires to open others to the fullness of life that comes as we break away from our false sense of self and dualistic thinking commonly found in religion, journeying with them deeper into the abyss of God’s incomprehensible love!
Glenn Mitchell M.Div., is Director of Oasis Ministries and a teacher with Oasis since 1996. Glenn was trained in spiritual guidance by the Shalem Institute and Oasis Ministries. He is a lead teacher in Spiritual Direction for Spiritual Guides and offers leadership in other Oasis training programs and day retreats. Glenn has a practice of spiritual direction based in State College, Pennsylvania. Glenn has two adult children and is married to Theresa Shay. Glenn loves all things contemplative and in his spare time enjoys watching birds, restoring their 1800's log home and making things from wood.

Betsy Keller

Michelle Hopkins

Administrative Assistant

Operations Manager

Betsy Keller has served in the Camp Hill office since 2004, providing day-to-day support for the programs of Oasis Ministries and is the point person for our office providing information to those who contact Oasis by phone or email. This is the longest she has had a job, (other than motherhood!) since her husband’s employment has always moved them after 6-8 years, and she loves her job, connecting with Oasis people and beyond! She resides in Camp Hill with her husband, Dennis, a United Methodist minister, and has two grown daughters, and two granddaughters. Betsy enjoys traveling, photography, walking with her husband, playing with her granddaughters every Friday, her “day off”, and spending time with family and friends.
Michelle Hopkins has lived in the Mechanicsburg, PA area for more than 20 years with her husband and 3 sons (two of which are twins!). As the Operations Manager with Oasis, Michelle works closely with Betsy in the day to day operations of Oasis. She also takes care of accounts payable, creates the marketing materials, and manages our online presence. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing board games with friends, and learning new hobbies/skills. Michelle also enjoys getting lost in a book and traveling. Their family has been actively involved in their church for more than 20 years and she is excited to be involved with Oasis Ministries.
In 1988, Kent began Oasis Ministries for Spiritual Development in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania and for many years was Director, teacher, and retreat leader. Kent and Fredrika have two daughters and a son and in 2006 they moved to Denver, Colorado, to be near their two daughters and three grandboys.

Kent continues to provide spiritual guidance and retreat leadership. Someone asked Kent, “What do you do?” His immediate answer was, “I listen to people’s stories and give them back to them."

Founding Mentor

We all have had dryness and desert emptiness in our lives. Oasis, as the name implies, gives our mind, body, and soul a place to splash in the love of God that often gets buried with the busyness of our lives.
