pray-as-you-go
This is music, scripture, and guided meditation/prayer for each
day, now including weekends. It is meant to be downloaded and used
by people who are commuting or jogging, and you can download a whole
week at a time. Or you can sit at your pc and use it day by day as
I do. The music spans genres and sources and is beautifully chosen.
Then scripture from the lectionary, then guided reflection and
silence, the scripture again, and an invitation to prayer.
www.pray-as-you-go.org
http://sacredspace.ie prayer site by the Irish Jesuits. At its
heart is a form of lectio divina focused on a verse of
scripture every day. It is really contemplative, calming and
focusing.
