Ways to Support

You can support the VITAL PAUSE which Oasis Ministries provides through:

• REMEMBERING Oasis, its leaders and participants, in your times of prayer and meditation.

• GIVING an Unrestricted Contribution (checks made payable to "Oasis Ministries"; or we can accept your support via VISA, Mastercard, or Discover; we can also accept your donation in the form of a stock gift or other non-cash security).

• GIVING an Oasis Gift Certificate - so a loved one can enjoy the deepening experiences which Oasis offers.

• SPREADING THE WORD! Pass on our brochures, e-newsletters, and website address to people who come to mind.

• Prayerfully considering PARTICIPATING in one of our programs. Use what you have learned to implement contemplative practices actively in your life and communities . . . and give thanks!

• Becoming a MINISTRY MAKER. As a Ministry Maker, you agree to have an amount, named by you (current participants range from $5-$100), charged to your Discover, Visa or MasterCard, each month. To become a Ministry Maker, call 717-737-8222, or email betsykeller@oasismin.org.

• VOLUNTEERING to help with mailings, phone calls, data entry, and so forth.

• DONATIONS to help others participate in Oasis’ programs through the Sanford Alwine Scholarship Fund* This fund provides aid to people feeling called to participate in our program but do not have the full financial resources to do so.

• Remembering Oasis Ministries in your ESTATE PLANNING. (If you are interested in participating in this way, please contact Rev. Cindy Garis at our office.)

We are grateful to so many who contribute faithfully to sustain the ministry of Oasis. We are ever increasingly aware of the need for incorporating contemplative practices into our active lives. Meeting with people in spiritual direction, I am always aware of how rare taking time for stillness and listening is in our hurried lives. People like you make that sacred space possible.
