Terms and Conditions

Oasis Ministries, functioning as a travel service provider, is responsible to you for making arrangements for tour services which includes transportation, sightseeing, hotel accommodations, etc.  The carriers, hotels and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees or servants of, or joint venturers with Oasis Ministries  Therefore, Oasis Ministries shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property or otherwise caused by the negligent acts and/or omissions of these independent contractors.  Because of its status as an independent agent and because it maintains no control over personnel, equipment or operations of the travel service suppliers, Oasis Ministries for Spiritual Development, Inc., shall not be held liable for loss or any personal injury in connection with sightseeing, non-tour excursions, restaurants, foods, consumption of alcoholic beverages, property damage, loss of any personal item, baggage or other losses incurred.  No alcoholic beverages are included in the tour cost unless otherwise indicated.  Nor shall Oasis Ministries be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person property or otherwise resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, dangerous incident at sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, delays, cancellations or changes in itinerary or schedules, improper or insufficient passport, visas, or other documents, or for any cause beyond Oasis Ministries’ control.

Oasis Ministries, reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participants, to expel any tour participant from the tour, to make changes in the itinerary whenever Oasis Ministries deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the tour participants, or to cancel a tour at any time.

Oasis Ministries also reserves the right to adjust the US dollar prices for international tour programs without notice to reflect fluctuations in the foreign markets. 

Reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made where deemed advisable for the comfort and well being of the passengers.  All services are subject to the law of the country in which these services are rendered. Upon occasion some destinations are unsuitable or particularly challenging for persons with disabilities. It is the responsibility of the traveler to make arrangements for any special needs associated with their disability or health condition .

By booking travel arrangements with Oasis Ministries for Spiritual Development, Inc. I declare that I am in sufficient physical condition to undertake the travel for which I have applied. I assume all risks associated with my physical condition and I hold Oasis Ministries for Spiritual Development, Inc. harmless from liability for any accident, injury or health problem, which might occur on this tour.  

CANCELLATION and CHANGE POLICY (excludes all non-refundable deposits /payments):          

·         Requested changes / deviations to published itinerary will incur a $50.00 per person administrative fee.

·         June 1, 2009:  Prior to this date, Oasis Ministries for Spiritual Development, Inc. will refund payments received (excluding the $500.00 deposit).  From this date forward, refunds available only through travel insurance.   

PAYMENTS DUE:   

·         June 1, 2009: $500.00 deposit (non-refundable) to confirm space

·         Proof of Travel Insurance due at time of deposit.

·         September 1, 2009:  Payment in full.
