Healing comes as we live with integrity, opening to the person God calls us to be. We’ll draw on Philippians 4:4-9 as our guide to consider tools of healing-living in gratitude, letting go of worry, the necessity for forgiveness, living gently in compassion, respect, and tolerance; and focusing on what is honorable and just. This contemplative retreat day offers discussion, prayer practices, community, and space for personal reflection.

LEADER:

Ruth Zeiders left a career in finance to follow her calling as a certified spiritual director and reiki master.  She is on staff at Oasis Ministries and a member of Spiritual Directors International.   Ruth is a graduate of the 2 year program Spiritual Direction for Spiritual Guides and the Deepening Year for Direction Ministries program of Oasis Ministries.  Married to a Lutheran pastor, she has a ministry in Bloomsburg, PA, serving as spiritual director and retreat leader, and offering reiki treatments and training.
